Tabeyoyo offers two weekly service styles — Adventure (variety-focused) and Family (bulk-style) — designed to fit different lifestyles and eating preferences. All meals are prepared in my commercial kitchen, immediately chilled for safety, and delivered chilled to your home.

🐙 Adventure Plans (Variety-Focused)

For individuals, couples, or families who want up to 10 different meals each week.
Each meal includes 1 main dish, 1 vegetable side dish, and 1 grain/carb component

You can choose the level of flexibility and customization that works best for you.

🎲 Omakase (Chef’s Choice)

A pure chef’s choice experience. You enjoy the weekly menu exactly as created.

$30 per serving

Includes:

  • Up to 10 different meals

  • Chef-designed weekly rotating menu

  • Base Food Preference Options: Complimentary adjustments for allergies and other minor food preferences (Dietary Preference Levels section for more details)

Best for: clients who love variety and trust the chef to choose.

Omakase+

For clients who enjoy chef’s choice but require consistent dietary adjustments across every meal.

$35 per serving

Examples of modifications:

  • Protein swaps for all dishes

Best for: clients with specific health goals or consistent ingredient restrictions, but who do not need to pick dishes for each order.

For clients who want a say in what they eat each week.

$38 per serving
Includes:

  • Weekly menu preview

  • Choose dishes from the rotating menu

  • Up to 3 custom dish requests per week

Best for: clients who want both variety and customization and to stay in control of dish options.

👪 Family Plan (Bulk Style)

$300 per week

Designed for households that prefer larger portions of fewer dishes each week.

Includes:

  • Pick 6 dishes per week (3 main dishes + 3 vegetable sides) from the weekly menu

  • Request 1 dish per week if nothing in the weekly menu interests you

  • Approximately 12 servings total

  • Per-serving equivalent: $25/serving

  • +$50 per additional household member (adds ~6 servings)

Best for: busy families who want hearty, balanced meals with minimal effort.

    I can accommodate ingredient allergies by excluding those items from your meals. However, please note that all food is prepared and stored in a shared commercial kitchen where I do not have full control over other tenants’ ingredients or handling practices.
    Shared equipment such as large pots, trays, sinks, and refrigeration units may also come into contact with allergens.
    While I take great care to minimize cross-contact within my own prep area, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
    If you or a household member has a severe or life-threatening allergy, please consider this carefully before placing an order.

How It Works

👼 New Clients

Step 1 — Inquiry & Intake
Fill out the inquiry form. You’ll receive a short intake form (preferences, dietary needs, household details) and a proposed plan for your first session.

Step 2 — Quote & Deposit
You’ll receive an estimated quote for your first delivery.
To confirm your session, a contact and a 50% deposit are due 2 days before delivery.

Step 3 — Delivery & Final Payment (In-Person Handoff)
Your meals are prepared in my licensed commercial kitchen and delivered chilled.
For new clients, delivery is in-person:

  • I'll meet you at your home

  • Unpack the food from the insulated delivery bag

  • Hand everything to you directly

  • Take the bag and ice packs back with me

You pay the remaining 50% after delivery.
After your trial sessions, you may continue as a regular weekly client.

🔁 Regular Weekly Clients

Step 1 — Weekly Menu (Thursday Morning)
Every Thursday morning, you’ll receive your menu for the following week:

  • Omakase & Omakase+: no action needed (unless you want to update preferences)

  • In-Control: choose dishes or request up to 3 custom items

  • Family Plan: select your 3 mains + 3 veg sides

Step 2 — Order Deadline (Friday Midnight)
All menu choices, requests, and adjustments are due by Friday at midnight.
Menus are locked after this, so ingredients can be purchased.

Step 3 — Cooking & Delivery (Contactless Drop-Off)
Meals are cooked, blast-chilled, labeled, and packed in containers suited to each dish — a mix of:

  • aluminum catering pans

  • compostable paper containers

  • food-grade plastic containers

Delivery is porch drop-off:

  • I leave an insulated bag with enough ice packs to keep food cold for up to 2 hours

  • You unpack at your convenience

  • On your next delivery day, leave the empty insulated bag + ice packs outside for me to collect and reuse

Step 4 — Weekly Payment
You’re invoiced after each week’s delivery (no deposit required).
You can pause or adjust your service as long as you submit the changes before the Friday midnight menu deadline.

FAQs

  • I primarily cook Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Lao, Italian, French, or a fusion of multiple cuisines. However, I always want to try something new. You can expect a variety in my menu.

    Things to be considered

    1) Availability of ingredients
    2) Cook time: Due to legal requirements, Every cooking step must be done in your kitchen. Only dishes that can be done in 3 hours would be viable.
    3) The dish has to be reheating-friendly. I do not want to create a meal that will go soggy or dull when you eat it.
    4) Depending on the dish, additional charges may apply

  • I was a full-time personal chef for two families for about 10 months before I decided to go to culinary school in Japan. Back then, I charged an hourly rate of $40 an hour.

    During my culinary school year, I learned French, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese cooking, nutrition, and food safety. I also worked in the kitchen at a sushi restaurant and a few French restaurants in Tokyo.

    In short, my professional cooking experience is about two years.

  • For trial sessions: Bank transfer or Venmo. A 50% deposit is due when an order for each week is placed. After the meal prep session, a separate invoice will be sent to you for the remaining 50% of the charge.

    Regular customer with contract: Bi-Weekly or monthly payment can be arranged upon request, weekly payment is the default.
